Present Continuous Jaś is swinging the sword now. The sword is being swung by Jaś now. 
Past Simple Jaś swung the sword. The sword was swung by Jaś. 
Past Continuous Jaś was swinging the sword yesterday at 11 am. The sword was being swung yesterday at 11 am.
Present Perfect Jas has swung the sword many time this year. The sword has been swung many time this year.
Past Perfect Before Jaś got his first sword he hadn't swung any sword. Any sword hadn't been swung before Jaś got his first sword.
Future Simple Jaś will be swing the sword tomorrow. The sword will be swung by Jaś tomorrow. 
Future / Be going to Jaś is going to swing the sword tomorrow. The sword is going to be swung by Jaś tomorrow. 
Modal Jaś could swing the sword if he had it. The sword could be swung if he had it.
Future continuous Jaś will be swinging the sword tomorrow at 11 am. The sword will being swung tomorrow at 11 am.
