59. English grammar exercise (light) 18-11-2021 POSITIVE

lightlitlit - zapalać. 


Present continues.


She's lighting somebody's else's fire. (active voice) 

Somebody's else's fire is being lit. (passive voice)


Present simple.


She lights the candle. (active voice)

The candle is lit by her. (passive voice)


Past simple.


She lit the candle. (active voice)

The candle was lit by her. (passive voice)


Future simple.


She'll light the candle. (active voice)

The candle will be lit by her. (passive voice)


First conditional
(if + present simple + future simple).

If she light the candle, there will be light in the room.


Second conditional (If I were)
(if + past simple + would).

If she tried to lit the candle, the candle wouldn't light.


Present perfect.


She has lit the candle many times this year. (active voice)

The candle has been lit many times this year. (passive voice)


Past continues
(was/were + present participle +ing).


She was lighting somebody's else's fire last night. (active voice) 

Somebody's else's fire was being lit last night. (passive voice)


Past continues (2)
(past continues + when + past simple)


She was lighting somebody's else's fire when he was at work.


Past continues (3)
(past continues + while + past continues)


She was lighting somebody's else's fire while he was working in his job.
