Present continues.


You're saying the truth at the moment. (active voice)

The truth is being said at the moment. (passive voice)


Present simple.


You say always the truth in this place. (active voice)

The truth is always  said  in this place. (passive voice)


Past simple.


You said the truth last time. (active voice)

The truth was being said last time. (passive voice)


Future simple.


You'll say the truth next time. (active voice)

The truth will be say next time. (passive voice)


First conditional
(if + present simple + future simple).

If you say the truth you won't be trouble.


Second conditional (If I were)
(if + past simple + would).

If you said the truth you would be trouble.


Present perfect.


You have already said the truth. (active voice)

The truth already has been said. (passive voice)


Past continues
(was/were + present participle +ing).


You was saying the truth last meeting.(active voice)

The truth was being said last meeting. (passive voice)

(past continues + when + past simple)


You was saying the truth when it was necessary.
