Present continues.


We aren't paying for that thing. (active voice)

That thing isn't being paid. (passive voice)


Present simple.


We don't pay for bad things. (active voice)

Bad things aren't paid. (passive voice)


Past simple.


We didn't pay for bad things. (active voice)

Bad things weren't paid. (passive voice)


Future simple.


We won't pay for bad things. (active voice)

Bad things won't be paid. (passive voice)


First conditional
(if + present simple + future simple).

If we pay a lot we won't have cash.


Second conditional (If I were)
(if + past simple + would).

If we pay for it we wouldn't have anything to eat.


Present perfect.


We haven't paid for bad things in this year. (active voice)

Bad things haven't been paid in this year. (passive voice)


Past continues
(was/were + present participle +ing).


We weren't paying for bad things many times in this period of time. (active voice)

Bad things weren't being paid many times in this period of time. (passive voice)

We weren't paying for bad things when they didn't do that.
